• You must be opening and operating your account in your own name, on your own behalf, with your own funds — not as a representative, agent, or nominee of another person.

baji9 reserves the right to close any account where eligibility requirements are found to have been breached and to withhold any funds pending investigation. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately, all bets voided, and any winnings forfeited without appeal.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on baji9. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination. General Bonus Rules

In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome displayed in the user interface and the server-side result recorded by our system, the server-side result shall be the definitive and final record. baji9 is not responsible for losses arising from technical errors caused by the player's own device, browser, or internet connection.

Bet Settlement & Cancellations

baji9 settles all bets based on official results from recognised governing bodies for the relevant sport or game type. For cricket markets, official results from ICC, BPL, and other sanctioned boards take precedence. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, baji9's settlement rules for the specific market type will apply and are detailed within individual market specifications on the platform.

Malfunction & Technical Issues

In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round or betting market, baji9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. No compensation beyond the original stake will be offered in such circumstances. Players who knowingly exploit a technical error or malfunction to gain an unfair advantage will have any winnings from such exploitation voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

baji9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour on the platform. The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the platform in any manner not sanctioned by baji9.
• Colluding with other players, teams, or third parties to fix match outcomes or exploit promotional structures in a coordinated manner.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification, including impersonating another individual.
• Attempting to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or use the baji9 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards baji9 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

baji9 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally when required. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct accepts that all funds in their account may be frozen pending investigation, and that baji9 bears no liability for any resulting loss of access or funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on baji9.lat — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, and software — is the exclusive property of baji9 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, adapted, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of baji9.

The baji9 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the registered or common law property of baji9. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji9 and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions — even if baji9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

baji9's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory.
